At Xperix Inc. , we respect your privacy and we want to be transparent about the types of personal data we collect about you and how we use it. In this Cookie Policy, we explain how we (Xperix Inc., together with our affiliates, licensors, partners and contractors, including their respective successors and assigns, referred to as “Xperix”, “we”, “us” or “our”) use cookies and other similar technology (“Cookies”) to recognize you when you visit our website at www.xperix.com and our other websites (the “Website”). 2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

A web cookie, a commonly used data collection technology, is simply a piece of text which can be placed on the browser of your personal computer or mobile device and subsequently read as you visit a web site. A cookie may be a session cookie, that is, a cookie that remains on your browser while you are logged on to a particular web site and then disappears when you close your browser, or it may be a persistent cookie, a cookie that remains on your browser over a period of time. Information from a cookie may be collected and used in aggregate form or data may be collected into an individual profile or record. That individual record may either be unique but anonymous, or the profile can be linked with information that identifies you as an individual.

3. STORAGE PERIOD FOR COOKIES

All cookies delete themselves after a given number of days, weeks or months; the time may vary according to purpose. It should be noted that a cookie is renewed at each visit and the storage period is reset.

4. DELETE OR BLOCK COOKIES

If you do not wish to receive cookies you can set your web browser to disable cookies. Note that most browsers offer different levels of privacy, such as allowing first party cookies but blocking third party cookies, or notifying you each time a website wants to install a cookie. Be aware that disabling cookies in this way will prevent new cookies from being set, but will not stop previously set cookies from operating on your device unless you delete all cookies in your browser settings. The instructions for managing cookies in your browser can usually be found via the browser’s Help function or in a smartphone manual.
If you wish to delete cookies, this is done using your web browser settings.
